Step back and take a look - Respite. The company are also planning to tour the critically acclaimed Okan’Nijo (meaning One) and a new solo for Bode Lawal. Bode Lawal is hailed as one of the finest exponents of creative African dance now working in Britain. He formed Sakoba (meaning ‘new dawn’) to develop a meaningful and innovative voice for African and associated dance theatre - one relevant to contemporary society.
