The story of Belle and the prince turned to a beast till he can make someone love him. When Beauty sees beneath the ugly frightening exterior of The Beast she discovers a loyal, loving heart and is able to love him for what he really is. In so doing she helps us to connect to a truth regarding our own personal relationships. Children know of it immediately and adults are reminded of it.
