An award-winning comedy night at Brighton's award-winning club, Charity Chuckle presents the best new stand-up on the circuit for the benefit of a different local charity each month. Established comedians hone new material alongside brand new acts, and you never know who might pop in with a killer 5. Produced by Brighton based comedians Jim Holland and Kerry Herbert, Charity Chuckle showcases new comedy talent while raising money for local charities. Charity Chuckle has been running successfully for three years and is the first and best comedy fundraiser in the South. The promoters love live comedy and as regulars on the circuit they pick quality new acts, having introduced to Brighton such comics as Josh Widdicombe, Hannibal Buress and David James. Last year alone they raised over 7pound;3,500 for charity.
