Ursula Martinez is an astute observer of the world around her. In the meantime she is avidly watched by people all over the world. My Stories, Your Emails is about looking at yourself under a microscope and being judged from afar. Combining stand-up, live-art, character comedy and spoken word, Martinez presents a comical and uncompromising portrait of herself, others, the internet... and lots of stuff in general. Ursula Martinez first appeared as part of queerupnorth 10 years ago. Since then, she’s gone on to show her work at the Barbican and Sydney Opera House, co-create the Barbican’s hit Christmas show Office Party, and star in the outrageously brilliant cabaret show La Clique.
