Formed in 1999 in Austin, Texas, Explosions In The Sky's popularity is down to their cinematic, elaborate guitar work, narratively styled instrumentals and their enthusiastic and emotional live shows. A new album is scheduled for a 2011 release, a follow-up to five studio albums, including All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone and The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place.
