Inspirational music from the British Isles It's as true today as it was in Shakespeare's time: '...these isles are full of noises/Sounds, and sweet airs that give delight'. The five choirs and 750 voices of the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain are joined by a quartet of star soloists and the NYCGB Alumni Choir for a spectacular celebration of British choral traditions. Travelling from the kaleidoscopic beauty of Thomas Tallis's Renaissance masterpiece Spem in Alium to box-fresh new music by Vikki Stone, Kerry Andrew and James Rose, and embracing genres and traditions from across the UK, this is a concert to redefine your expectations of choral music.
