Last Night of the Spring Proms archiveThis festive and uplifting concert will be making its first appearance in Preston this May - the last stop on a highly successful UK tour. As always, the event boasts a rousing programme of cherished classics with highlights including the exotic Hungarian Dance, Rossini's energetic overture to The Barber of Seville and Bizet's ever-popular Pearl Fishers Duet. Of course, no Spring Proms celebration would be complete without an exhilarating finale of your traditional Proms favourites: Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem and Rule, Britannia!, accompanied by much enthusiastic flag waving!
