Details

Formed in 1913, Europe's oldest Mandolin Orchestra is also the youngest, since its 20 members are aged 11-18. By following their ancestors' footsteps, the musicians keep the tradition of the Mandolin Orchestras alive, using traditional Madeiran instruments from the mandolin family.
