Come on Sun is an intensely intimate solo featuring two live musicians, compositions by Jules Maxwell. Initially created for The Place Prize 2006, sponsored by Bloomberg, Come on Sun considers the experience of a fragile body's coming of age. Drawing upon references from her previous solos, Come on Sun traces an intricate territory where the spaces between the image, movement, words and song linger with a tangible emotional presence.
