Phoenix Dance Company are one of the leading exponents of contemporary dance. The programme features the firstUKwork by exciting European choreographic duo Ivgi & Greben. Featuring five dancers, this new piece is powerful, relentless and packed with emotion. Didy Veldman's See Blue Through plunges the stage into a fascinating, mysterious undersea world. Featuring sensuous, elastic choreography and costumes, this audience favourite was first performed by the company in 2005. Completing the bill is the latest work by former Phoenix Artistic Director Darshan Singh Bhuller. His first work forPhoenixsince 2006, this stunning new piece is inspired by his Mapping series of works, and is filled with thrilling, dynamic and physical choreography.
