Founded in 1982 by Michael Merwitzer and Sian Williams, The Kosh is a group of diverse original performers who endeavour to make the arts accessible and provide life enhancing experiences. They are winners of international awards in theatre, film and dance and critically acclaimed by the public and the press. Set to a sound design of instrumental jazz, sampled speech, advertising and poetry, the company present a story of love spanning from the 1940s to today. The tale is conveyed physically in a starkly visual style that moves between stylised cabaret acts and scenes of condensed reality - evolving over the post war decades.
