CORONAVIRUS: 22Feb21 UpdateAll UK venues closed on 16th March 2020. After the Prime Minister's announcement it would appear that, subject to continued control of the virus, venues may re-open with social distancing and limits on audiences from 17th May. Social distancing restrictions may be removed from 21st June. We will continue to update our listings as much as possible to reflect the changes as/when they are reported.
Mikhail Gorbachev is one of the few people who can justify the label 'The man who changed the world'. In March 2011, he will turn 80. Outstanding representatives of the world of culture, science, sport, entertainment and politics from around the globe will join together at the Royal Albert Hall 2011 to celebrate the life of the Nobel Peace Prize winner and transformational 20th Century figure. The evening will presented by special guests including Sharon Stone. This fantastic gala evening will bring together the greatest artists from East and West, who will perform unique duets on the Royal Albert Hall stage to honour Gorbachev's achievements.
