Saikat retraces the steps of his mother from a newly formed Bangladesh. Heading to Birmingham via Pakistan and Glasgow he takes us through personal anecdotes and traditional tales of the Bengal. Enter the world of shadowy Demons, Glaswegian hospitality and unrequited love. Saikat Ahamed is a Bristolbased storyteller and actor, recently seen in Treasure Island at Bristol old Vic and performing soon in Cinderella here at the Tobacco Factory Theatre.
