Details

Birmingham Royal Ballet's introduction to this delightful ballet adaptation of Shakespeare's comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, has been specially made for children aged 3-7 years. This hour-long, interactive programme features a storyteller who sets the scene, introduces the children to the music and characters and shares some of the technical magic surrounding the staging of this fun tale. This is followed by a performance of excerpts from the ballet featuring dancers and the orchestra. With a feast of dance, music and costumes this is a fantastic way of introducing young ones to ballet.
