CORONAVIRUS:All UK venues closed on 16th March 2020 and look like staying closed until March 2021 with the exception of a few, patchy, openings (and subsequent closures) towards the end of 2020. Some open-air, drive-in venues have been opened for periods and many shows are now streaming on-line. Sadly, some venues and shows may not survive. We are updating our listings as much as possible to reflect the changes as they are reported.
A Musical Review. In a career spanning more than four decades, Stephen Sondheim reigns supreme as the musical dramatist of contemporary theatre. The lyrical prodigy behind this collection of songs will delight, entertain move and entrance. Chronicling the lives and loves of five reveller, Putting it Together
is a celebration of Sondheim's contribution to musical theatre. Relationships, art, heartbreak and hope all come under the spotlight as reluctant brides, seductive cads, the pursuit of happiness and pig husbandry in its most literal sense gets the Sondheim treatment. With power, gravity and in the most entertaining way possible, the songs each tell their own story...Performers David Rintoul, Linda Thorson, Simon Green, Matt Rawle, Julie-Alanah Brighten.
