Silk Stockings archiveCole Porter's last show was based on the film Ninotchka. Although Silk Stockings was a Broadway 1957 hit and dance musical and film, it has never been produced in England. Porter, working with Pulitzer prize winning Kaufman (Once In a Lifetime and Guys and Dolls) satirises Hollywood and Communism. Numbers include All of You, Paris Loves Lovers, Silk and Satin.
