Details

On the day of his wedding, Orpheus' beloved Eurydice is killed by poisonous snakebite. In his grief, he enters the Underworld to retrieve her, using his prodigious musical skill to charm his way into the very centre of Pluto's dark kingdom. Sung in Italian with Englis supertitles.
