Details

The Flying Dutchman has been cursed for eternity. Once every seven years he is allowed to come ashore to seek redemption. He may have found it in Senta, a woman who longs for escape from her dreary life. A revival of the Ian Judge 1992 production. Sung in German with English surtitles. Bryn Terfel has been forced to withdraw from his part as The Dutchman in the opera as he is suffering from acute sciatica.
