CORONAVIRUS: 22Feb21 UpdateAll UK venues closed on 16th March 2020. After the Prime Minister's announcement it would appear that, subject to continued control of the virus, venues may re-open with social distancing and limits on audiences from 17th May. Social distancing restrictions may be removed from 21st June. We will continue to update our listings as much as possible to reflect the changes as/when they are reported.


Welcome in the festive season with a morning of storytelling for all the family at The Old Vic - the perfect setting for a cosy Christmas tale. Authors and performers will read short stories from their own work and from their childhood Christmas favourites. Children's novelist and poet Michael Rosen will be joined by Celia Imrie (Noises Off and King Lear at The Old Vic, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel), Noma Dumezweni (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) and children's author Sarah McIntyre (There's a Shark in the Bath, Dinosaur Police).
