A Kiss on the Bottom is a comedy with a cast of five women and is set in a small hospital ward. Three women are in hospital, Grace, old and world weary, Lucy, foolishly self-deluding, and gob of the valley's Marlene. It is up to her to keep the atmosphere in the ward cheery, which is a task that comes easy to her, and she is soon forcing herself into the private lives of her fellow patients and carers.
