CORONAVIRUS: All UK venues closed on 16th March 2020 but restrictions were lifted on 19th July 2021 with venues free to run shows to full capacity audiences after that though there are still issues with company members being forced to self-isolate on being 'pinged'. In September it is possible that a COVID vaccination certificate (or exemption) may be mandated for entry. Please note that iUKTDb archive listings between March 2020 and July 2021 may not be accurate as we did not receive details of all rescheduled and cancelled shows.

Bad Jews archivePrepare for a night like no other when this uproarious hit, hailed by the New York Times as 'the best comedy of the season', makes its UK premiere in Bath A beloved grandfather has died, and a treasured family heirloom with religious significance is up for grabs. But who is most deserving of it? Bossy, overbearing, fanatically religious Daphna? Her wealthy cousin Liam, who's just returned from skiing with his non-Jewish girlfriend Melody? Or Jonah, his brother, who would prefer not to get involved in the fight? A cramped Manhattan apartment becomes the setting for a viciously hilarious brawl over family, faith and legacy as the contenders set at each others' throats on the night after the funeral.
Performers Jenno Augen (Daphna), Gina Bramhill (Melody), Joe Coen (Jonah), Ilan Goodman (Liam).
Author Joshua Harmon. Producer Danny Moar. Producer Simon Friend (for Theatre Royal Bath and St James Theatre Productions). Director Michael Longhurst. Design Richard Kent. Lighting Richard Howell. Sound Adrienne Quartly.
