Galileo's Daughter archiveThe year is 1633. The great visionary scientist, Galileo, is accused of heresy for arguing that the Earth moves round the sun. In Florence, his illegitimate daughter is living as a nun, a life ruled by poverty, tyrannical priests and the encroaching plague.
