Gormenghast archiveYou will enter a world of grotesque characters, fantastic ritual and heart-rending drama. In the Great Castle of Gormenghast you will meet Steerpike, the pale power-crazed, ambitious kitchen boy; Fuchsia, the wild, romantic, raven-haired daughter of the Earl; and Titus, the timid, fine-boned rebellious heir to the whole corrupt castle. In this vast rotting kingdom of corridors and shadows you will encounter a strange tale of greed, honour, madness and love. Not for the faint-hearted. Charity Night Wednesday 27 February at 19;30. 50% of all ticket sales go to the Sedos Charity of the Year. Angel Shed.
