Journey to the West archiveExploring the human price of migration through the stories of three generations, and across three continents over the last century. In 1900, a new age dawns as Fateh, Allauddin and Mehta leave India to build the first railroad in British East Africa. Sixty years later, their descendants, now separated, live alone under the shadow of The Beatles and Enoch Powell. By 2002, the next generation seek redemption on a journey up the M1...An extraordinary theatrical event using drama, dance, music, masks and video, this will be a feast for all the senses!
