Love Freaks archiveCeline McAnespie, an employee of the costly coffee global empire, is bemused to have been dragged off to a week-end training course not days after she started her job. Her eco-warrior and junk food addict boyfriend Jarvis Duff is so angry at Celine for taking the costly job she hasn't had enough courage to tell him about the training course. Fortunately he is away for the week-end himself. The only problem is he's spending it demonstrating at costly coffee's global headquarters in the ex-mining village of monknock in Ayrshire. The very same place where the training course is held. As Celine's suspicions mount about the motives of Ronan O'Donnell, the painfully shy and spoilt brat son and heir to the costly millions, will she have the courage to contact Jarvis to come and rescue her? And if Jarvis does manage to get into the Training Centre will he himself be immune to the blandishments of sisters and blindly dedicated globalisers Whitney and Britney Colqhoun? Can the course of true love be altered by transnational business and the ruthless desires of the human heart working in tandem?
