Messenger archive1237. Death. A lot of Death. The plague is running riot. It's a difficult time to bring up a baby. 2018. It's still a difficult time to bring up a baby. Messenger is the story of two people making the same journey, 781 years apart, to Dunwich, once thriving medieval city, now disappeared under the sea (mostly). It's a story about fear and responsibility, myth and miracle, about personal truth and what happens when we can't find it. Martin Bonger (Fat Man, There Shall be Fireworks) collaborates with composer Lawrence Williams, photographer Paul Blakemore and Director Nik Partridge to create a kaleidoscope of time.
