Murder in the Cathedral archiveTS Eliot's masterpiece, dealing with an individuals opposition to authority, tells of the assassination of Archbishop Thomas Becket in Canterbury Cathedral in 1170. This gloriously poetic and highly dramatic play was first performed in 1935. This unique collaboration between the legal and theatrical professions brings T.S. Eliot's play to life in the historic Temple Church, located at the heart of London's Middle and Inner Temple.
