CORONAVIRUS: All UK venues closed on 16th March 2020 and there is currently no planned general re-opening time. Some venues are showing on-line productions or outside productions - even a few covid safe internal ones and a number of tours and shows have been rescheduled for later in 2020 and throughout 2021. A few pantomimes may be possible but we await a relaxing of the rules for theatres from the Government.
Against the back-drop of nineties Britain, the play tells the story of Beats and Cold, two ambitious DJs. Raised as brothers, they are gaining a serious reputation in the music industry. They have found a new sound - Jungle - and it's going to be massive! At first the chemistry between them produces gold... The tension builds beat by beat as Beats turns into the ambitious producer, and Cold, the 'bedroom genius' fights for the space to be a true artist. In the background are the boys Trinidadian fathers, struggling together to make a life for their two sons and caught up in the middle of their conflict. It is an intense portrait of friendship, betrayal and the impact one generation has to the next. Contains strong Language.
