Details
As the City of Derby forges its way into a new Millennium - middle-aged local shopkeeper and historian Trevor Hodgkinson steps fare more apprehensively into the twenty first century. Ordered to rest by his doctor and instructed to relax by his wife - Trevor decides that a day's fishing may help to alleviate some of the anxieties of modern life. Unfortunately the outing only heightens Trevor's stress levels as he finds himself at loggerheads with the administrative and technological revolution that governs our day-to-day lives. As his increasingly bizarre and hilarious day unfolds and the hypertension mounts, many of us will identify with the 'stop the world I want to get off' sentiment.
