The Adjustment archiveThe Adjustment is a compelling story of forbidden love, politics and religion, New York style. Sharon is a sharp political lobbyist who manipulates every situation to her clients advantage but her hard edges are gradually softened through a relationship with Matt Cohen, a married chiropractor struggling to establish his business. The Adjustment is both sharply funny, highlighting the hypocritical world of American city politics, and intensely moving, in its treatment of passionate, but ill-fated love. Contains some strong language.

Stefanie Powers, Michael Brandon, Tony Anholt
