Details

The End is a gritty account of the last days of an old man's life as he struggles to live despite his willingness to die. Evicted from an institution of care he fends stoically for himself, in a state somewhere between his dreams and reality. Beckett masterfully balances the tragedy of his story with perfectly pitched comedy.
