Details
It is 1829 on a remote stretch of bog in County Donegal. A local landlord meets his end while in the pursuit of the notorious Red Willie. Foul play is suspected and the hunt is on. But who is Red Willie? Is he a man at all, or some fiendish spirit of the night? Is he really a callous murderer, or is he a phantom invented by the poitin-maker to scare away the unwanted attentions of His Majesty's excise men? Whatever the truth is, the hills of Donegal will never be quite the same!
