Details
The Ides Of March is set in the near-future. Australia has suffered an unprecedented and devastating terrorist attack. In the Government's attempt to re-build the nation, new and sweeping laws have been passed restricting freedom and civil liberties. Individuality has been sacrificed for security. People disappear without question. Majority rule hides a blanket of murder and corruption in the name of democracy. In a world of suspicion, Warren, Laura, Ahmed, Hameem, Joni and Oliver must come to terms with their new lives where saying or doing the wrong thing is fatal.
