When Pongo and Missis awake to find every living creature in England asleep, except for dogs, they rush to London with their Dalmatian army to meet their grown-up daughter, Cadpig, whose sleeping Pet is the Prime Minister. Is Cruella De Vil back in action or is there some other, deeper magic at work?
