We Are Everywhere at Home archiveCumbernauld Theatre is giving audiences the chance to see the early development of a play, something that is normally kept behind closed doors. Witness first hand ‘We Are Everywhere at Home’ in development after only one week of rehearsals. This work-in-progress will gives theatre goers a taste of the raw, nitty gritty elements of the early stages of a play that’s a unique experience, quite different to seeing a polished complete production. We Are Everywhere at Home brings together both Scottish and Romanian actors with highlights of both countries infectious sense of humour and what it means to be a part of the New Europe. Set in two flats, one in Scotland, one in Romania, the characters reflect on memories and past experiences triggered by their surroundings leaving audiences to think about just what is important to them at home. This work-in-progress will be followed by a post-show discussion.
