Who s Afraid of Virginia s Sister? explores the bittersweet relationship between a mother and two stepsisters within a family thrown together and apart by circumstance. Debbie is unafraid to assert herself and knows what she wants. Her sister Alex, who s addicted to therapy, thinks Debbie needs an anger management course. The circumstances of living in a divided society are played out in a divided family, each looking for solace in different ways - alcohol, therapy and creativity.
