Award winning chanteuse, Christine Bovill has built her reputation on her interpretation of classic 20th century songs. With the release of Derby Street and The Sentence That I Serve she revealed a major talent as a songwriter. The last six years have seen Christine reach new heights as a performer with a massively successful sold-out show at the Edinburgh Fringe. Her self-penned play, Christine Bovill's Piaf toured internationally and received rave reviews from the critics, including a 5 star rating from The Scotsman and the Belfast Telegraph. In "Christine Bovill's PARIS", she celebrates the Golden Age of French song, performing some of the most celebrated works of Piaf, Brel, Barbara, Aznavour and more, interspersed with wonderful anecdotes from the age.
