John Standing will present his highly-acclaimed personal tribute to Noel Coward for 5 performances only. This show has been at the Cafe Carlyle, New York for a sell out season earlier this year. Each performance will be followed by a short unseen Noel Coward film. The screening is exclusive 20 minute footage of Noel Coward directing ‘Bitter Sweet’ in 1929. It has never been shown in the UK. The film has been loaned by The Noel Coward Foundation. On Sunday 16 January there will be tea and cakes in the bar from 3.00pm and on Saturday 22 January there will be live jazz in the Mahogany Bar following the screening. On Saturday 15 January there is a vintage free Cinema Evening followed by 1930’s dancing.Performer Stuart Barr (piano).
