Since receiving a nomination for the if.Comedy Award (formerly the Perrier) at Edinburgh Festival and winning the Chortle award for Best Sketch Act in 2007, Pappy's Fun Club have recorded their own TV show for Channel 4, their own radio show for Radio 4, and appeared as part of Comedy Shuffle on BBC3 and Comedy Cuts on ITV2. Pappy's Fun Club are Britain's best new sketch troupe. At the 2007 Edinburgh Festival they earned an If.Comedy nomination for Best Show. This led to appearances on BBC3's Comedy Shuffle, Radio 1's Switch and ITV's Comedy Cuts. This year they starred in both their own self-titled show on Radio 4, and the half hour special, "Pappy's Fun Club", on Channel 4. They capped all this off with a Chortle award for Best Sketch Act, a national tour, an appearance at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and a sell out run at this year's Edinburgh Fringe.
