'Chansons pour le corps' (1994), is a suite of pieces of varying lengths for voice, instruments, and recorded voices. The words are taken from a series of spontaneous interviews with women on the subject of the female form conducted by Ferrari in the Jardin du Luxembourg. The Sette Fogli are graphic works - each sheet a self-contained, experimental piece of music. In this collection the notation consists of a variety of symbols and drawings. Each work is intended to evoke an immediate and spontaneous interpretation by the players, a 'magical' response.
