Messiah On Good Friday - T02107617444The Royal Choral Society has performed Handel's Messiah on Good Friday afternoon at the Royal Albert Hall every year since 1878. The 2014 performance is sure to be just as magnificent as their performance 136 years ago when it established itself as one of the defining interpretations of Great Britain's favourite choral masterpiece. It is thought that the Royal Choral Society has sung the work more than any other choir - estimated as something over 275 times. Verdi Requiem - T02095888029Verdi's Requiem is a work of great dramatic power, perfect for the stunning auditorium of the Royal Albert Hall. The choir is delighted to be celebrating its 140th anniversary singing this awe-inspiring historic work in the concert hall where they first sang in 1872.
