Bharatanatyam trained dancer Seeta Patel meets physical theatre in a duet performance to tell a personally influenced story using her own piercing physical movement within the setting of a theatrical stage, a result of a collaboration with Jake Odershaw of acclaimed company Stan's Cafe. Amina Khayyam and Ajay Kumar explore theatricalisation of the classical Indian dance form of Kathak to tell this compelling tale of a women denied the most important thing on her wedding day - a Laal Shaari.
