Waqt (Time) - T01598762628Waqt is a new dance production choreographed and directed by [Guari Sharma Tripathi], one of the world's leading exponents of Kathak. This is the first time she tours the UK with a full-length show featuring UK and India based dancers and live musicians. The piece, partly inspired by [Javed Akhtar]'s poem of the same name, explores the rich resonance of Kathak, in its rawest forms. The performance features music by Niraj Chag and live vocals by Reena Bhardwaj.
