Encore is the pre-professional touring dance company of the Tring Park School of the Performing Arts, the company showcases the talents of the schools highly trained final year students and acts as a spring board for graduating artistes into the highly competitive dance profession.

A 3rd Year Performing Arts Showcase
On this year's tour they will dance a programme that includes the beautiful Concerto pas de deux choreographed by Sir Kenneth MacMillan with the music of Shostakovich. In addition to this they will present a number of newly commissioned works by internationally acclaimed choreographers. Kerry Nicholls creates a new piece of Contemporary Dance and Tring Park alumnus, now award-winning choreographer, Drew McConie recreates Be Mine with the music of Judy Garland. Ernst Meisner, Director of the Junior Ballet Company at Het National Ballet in Amsterdam, recreates a work previously performed by his Junior Company. Jodie Blemings, Director of Chrysalis Dance London, creates a new contemporary work. Layla Ellison and Gaz Davis are creating two new pieces of commercial dance for Encore Dance as well as works by Antony Dowson, Encore's Director, Lorraine Jones and Morgan Cloud.
