Production details

A family show of traditional music and dance of West Africa - the vibrancy of Burkina Faso. A variety of diverse ethnic origins provide the inspiration for the work and take the audience on a journey through the fascinating folklore of a vibrant culture. Djembe and balafon are at the heart of Wamde's music, whilst dance, mime and acrobatics tell the visual story of the rituals of daily life. RFH2.. Rhythm Sticks 2001
