There is no better occasion to fully appreciate the splendour and scale, ambience and ambition of the building than during our opening festival fortnight. Be first to discover and enjoy your new theatre. The Lyric will be bursting at the seams with activity in every corner of the building. This special festival gives you many reasons to visit during the opening weeks. Listen to inspirational speakers from the world of theatre, enjoy readings of new and classic plays, take part in an amazing array of workshops for audiences young and old, or simply pop in for coffee and a snack while you digest the daily papers. The Lyric will be a new cultural hub for Northern Ireland. In years to come, you will want to look back and say you were there at the very start!
