The Queen's Coronation took place in 1953, and this documentary captures the whole historic event in glorious Technicolor. The Coronation is a day of celebration and pageantry as well as an official religious ceremony that has remained virtually unchanged for hundreds of years. The film follows the day's events including the crowning ceremony at Westminster Abbey and the subsequent procession through London's streets, Narrated by Sir Laurence Olivier, with music by the London Symphony Orchestra.
