The Runar Borge production is inspired by Alan Parker's Oscar-winning film and the popular American television series. Set in New York's legendary High School for the Performing Arts, Fame follows a group of talented students in their quests for stardom and success as well as in their struggles with romance and other teenaged relationships.

User Review: 13Sep18: After seeing the Fame musical UK Tour starring Keith Jack, Jorgie Porter and Mica Paris. I found myself left in awe of the sheer raw talent produced on the stage. Many stories to follow and many characters to invest in. From the Staging to the tight knit choreography by Nick Winston. You cannot fault this show. Standout Performances for me came from Mica Paris who plays Miss Sherman - who gave you everything and more in her solo for “These Are My Children”, I found myself with a tear in my eye after hearing her rendition of “These Are My Children”. Jamal Kane Crawford who plays Tyrone Jackson was electric, his stage presence, energy and dancing throughout was something I could not fault, talent! Also Stephanie Rojas who plays Carmen Diaz left the audience stunned with her rendition of “In L.A”, her character was another you really felt invested in and willing to make it. Again I felt she also embodied the character being played. Another highlight for me has to be the finale of Fame, which had everyone on their feets dancing and singing away! Absolute treat of a night, not to be missed!!!! Reviewed on Thursday 13th September
