Nominated for the comedy awards at the Buxton Festival Fringe, this one-person show introduces Violet Sackville-Rhoad, a self-appointed self-help guru, who has discovered the secrets of Life Coaching and now offers a viable and sustainable alternative to the alternative. She may not be able to recall the four-digit code for her new combination boiler in order to run a bath, but she will share with her audience the secrets of a truly, truly happy life, for she is now an expert in the help-yourself culture of the 21st century. Portrayed and written by experienced West End actor, Philip Cox, this is a beautifully crafted journey through the thought process of a favourite auntie on the verge of self-destruction.
