A Wedding Story
T87783095
Peter and Evelyn appear to have had a blissfully happy marriage, but Evelyn's decline pushes Peter to the brink. Robin, their son doesn't feel able to cope, and translates everything into a film scenario and Sally their lesbian daughter sees all relationships as a sacrifice and a curtailing of freedom. When she meets Grace at a wedding she just wants a fling, but Grace wants commitment and love. It is a dark, yet witty story of wedding days and responsibilities; in turns, heartbreaking, painful, but ultimately uplifting to watch.
